Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Troy Albany Titans

All requests for refunds (with or without release requests) must be made in writing and submitted to the Board and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All requests for refunds will be considered for approval by the Board at the first Board meeting following the receipt of the written request. It should be noted that the refunds discussed in this section apply solely to the TAHA registration fees, uniforms (jerseys and socks) are not subject to a refund and individual team assessments may still apply and will be determined at the discretion of the team coach and manager. If a refund is granted TAHA has up to thirty days from the time of the decision to make the refund.

Ice Cats Girls Hockey Camp

All registrations for Ice Cats Camp are final. Due to the planning, staffing, and facility arrangements required for our camp, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy. Thank you for your understanding and support!

2024 MITE FRIGHTFEST

Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case bases and approved by the TAHA tournament committee.

2025 Rink Rat

Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case bases and approved by the TAHA tournament committee.

Training Clinics

No Refunds: Once payment is made for the 5-Week Hockey Program, it is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of personal schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction with the program, or changes in personal circumstances.
