Ice Cats Girls Hockey Camp
August 11-14, 2025
RPI Houston Field House, Troy NY
Girls from all organizations are welcome to attend!
Group 1 – Ages 6–8
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Cost: $295
- 2.5 hours of on-ice training daily (full sheet)
- Daily powerskating instruction (stride, balance, agility, speed, explosive starts, and more)
- Puck control, passing, and shooting skills development
- Off-ice training (puck skills, fun & games, dryland activities)
Group 2 – Ages 9–13
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
(Participants will be split into two sub-groups based on skill level on Day 1)
Cost: $435
- 3 hours of on-ice training daily (full sheet)
- Daily powerskating instruction (stride, balance, agility, speed, explosive starts, and more)
- Puck control, passing, and shooting skills development
- Concepts and situational play instruction
- Off-ice training (puck skills, dryland, proper stretching, hockey sense)
- Nutrition session
- Team building and leadership activities
- Showcase game on Thursday afternoon
2025 Girls Hockey Camp
The Troy Albany Hockey Association and the Troy Albany Ice Cats are excited to present the 2nd Annual Ice Cats Girls Hockey Camp! The week long camp will help players develop their individual skills as well teach team concepts on and off the ice. Participants will work on leadership skills, team-building, physicality and conditioning. It is sure to be a positive and memorable experience.
