Schedule:

8am - Arrival at The Knick

8:15-8:45am - Mental/motivational session (TAHA gym)

8:45-9:30am - Off-ice speed workout (TAHA gym)

10am-12pm - Ice time #1 (playing fast)

12:15-1:15pm - Lunch break

1:15-1:45pm - Hockey IQ session

2:10-4:10pm - Ice time #2 (playing physical)

25+ years experience as a bench coach, on-ice instructor & strength and conditioning coach

Director of Player & Coach Development, Toronto Leaside Wildcats Association, 2019-2025

Head Coach, Team Iceland Under 18 Team – Silver Medalists at 2024 & 2025 IIHF Women’s World Hockey Championships

Head Coach, Toronto-Leaside Wildcats U9A & U9B, 2022-2025

Head Coach, Toronto-Leaside Wildcats U11AA/U11A and U9A/U9B, 2025-2026

Inducted into the Leaside Sports Hall of Fame, November 2019

Captain & Leading Scorer at Dartmouth College (NCAA Division 1) 1998 to 2002

2 time Ivy League Champions, 2 time ECAC Champions and 2 National Championship Appearances with at Dartmouth

Named a Strength & Conditioning All-American at Dartmouth and 2 time All-Ivy League & All-ECAC selection

Played all minor hockey for the Toronto-Leaside Wildcats organization

Started playing at 13 years old – had 10+ scholarship offers by the age of 18
